A full production audit record is kept along with a final inspection report to ensure traceability on every job we do.
When things don’t go to plan.
Should things go wrong, as they sometimes may, you can be assured that we will do everything in our power to put things right. We know that our supply is critical to your operation. We do not turn away from our responsibility and you can be confident that if ever an issue does arise MAGOG will stick with it. While we may not be pleased to have experienced earlier issues we would be delighted to put you in contact with customers who have had to rely on our commitment when things have not gone to plan.
